Bless her to be honest not sounding to good at all, cloudy eye is a symtom of a desease rather than a desease in itself.
Do you mean she looks bloated or it looks like a tumour, if it bloated you could try an epson salt bath.
Being pale is a sign of stress, is the fish breathing more heavy than normal.
Stats would be good in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph, and how many gallons or litres is the tank.

/www.fishjunkies.com/Treatments/salt.phpIt really looks like it could be a tumor. We very recently changed the water and cleaned the tank. It is a 30 gallon tank - probably not big enough for her, as she is about 15" long.
She is by herself in the tank. The tumor looks like it is fluid filled.
That good then as if it burst in could of harmed other fish, all i can suggest is an antibiotic, but it will wipe the bacteria colony out in the filter.

check your water and do a water change asap then try some food soaked in garlic juice that will help her imiune system
