Oscar Still Sulking?

As you know, oscars sulk when their enviroment is changed. I have had one sulk for the last week. So i bought him a friend from petsmart adn he stated to eat and so did the new baby oscar. Now, the new baby has only been there for 2 days and he hasnt sulked and has came up to the top and eats like a oscar should but the one that has been here for a week and still, doesnt eat barely anything and is very drab. Anyone know why?

It si too late, he died. But the other is healthy.
