a friend of mine had oscars 4 of them to be specific [2 albinos and 2 tigers] all of them approx the same size but then the tigers started outgrowing the albinos and then one fine day one of the albinos end up dead he never thought that the other oscars knocked it off but then the other albino also died and he said he had seen the tigers bullying him a bit but did not mind as they were together for like 2 months is it possible that the tigers killed the albinos??

well right now i have 2 copper oscars and one is considerably bigger than the other they both also started the same size although there is no bullying around my tank but i'm now concerned should i get a partition??

thanks

opps wrong section how to move this or delete this :p

Moved your topic, what size tank, and how large are the fish?

thanks for moving my topic 65 gal tank and the fish are one is 5 one is maybe around 4 a bit smaller than 4 not much

but i don't have anything for them o hide into or anything like that just a bare tank with gravel

Oscars are funny devils, they can get along fine for months even years then suddenly turn up on one another. Because they are difficult to sex you could have a pair (male & female) and have no problems, alternatively a pair could also suddenly turn on each other. With keeping 2 oscars in a tank together, its always best to have either a divider or a spare tank as a just in case. You would need to act fast if a fight started one can kill the other very quickly.
