Oscar fish acting wierd

hey, so I got an Oscar fish, not an adult. a few days ago it got stuck behind the heater in the tank for a moment and then it struggled its way out in panic. then, it laid on the bottom of the tank. I wasn't worried as it usually does it after stressful events, like big water changes. it's been three days and it's no longer just lays on the bottom of the tank, but it's just floating like this / (imagine that / is the fish).
not, the things I see that are not, as usual, are that one of its eyes are pointing up while the other pointing down, and one of the little fins is fold and not moving (the fins on the picture http://prntscr.com/jew4yf ).
it is moving around the tank a bit, but barely. any idea what to do?

If the fish is injured, there's not a lot you can do, except make sure the water is in perfect condition and treat any secondary infections, like fungus or fin rot, if they appear.

Keeping the water shallower and slightly warmer than usual, and very well aerated might also help.

well, the fish got better! i only warmed up a bit the water and a few days later it's as good as new.
