Oscar Dying?

im sooo stupid. i was moving my oscar from my 2ft tank to my 5 ft tank and he jumped outa the net and fell on the ground smack. i picked him up and put him in the 5ft tank along with another 1. he is now kinda swimming but he swims normally in a while then upside down and then flat and then normally. is he dying ??? all cause of my fault . can i do anything to help him

we had a mishap when mvoing Ian's tank this weekend, an angel did a kamikazee jump to the floor, fell about 4 foot, we got him back int eh water nad he was just laid on the floor and floating upside down for half an hr or so, then he started to sort himself out, 3 days later he's now fine so keep your fingers crossed.
