I have a pair of Oscars, and the last 3 days my Male has been acting funny. He recently has been hanging around the bottom of the tank in the same place. He doesn't eat, he barely moves around and has both gills "flared" out at all times. When the Female swims near him to check on him, he goes up to her side fins, opens his mouth and rubs her, then goes back to the same place he's been, and just lays there. Can anybody tell me what might be wrong?
