Orange Parrot Fish Is Black

my parrot fish's under side is black/grayish. i dunno whats wrong with it and then the other fish (that is live with since forever, 7+ yrs ago) is always resting on the botto, but if someone comes it will swim up, but when no one is looking it will just sit at the bottom . we recently got a new red vaccume fish (and its ugly too ) any clue whats wrong thanks

he could be sulking because of the new tank mate. Is the water quality ok and do you clean the gravel regularly? If not then perhaps do some partial water changes and gravel clean the gravel.
