Just to say, don't worry about it. I didn't even know my cory was sick, and then he died last night. Everyone makes mistakes, I think now I'll be much more aware of these things. Also, by the sounds of it the Bleeding Heart Tetra was sick when you got him.

Sorry for the late reply Wilder - yes he died about 30 mins after putting him in cold water - i borrowed some ice from a neighbour.

Yeah the Bleeding Heart tetra didn't look right from the start - As i now only have a male should i get another female or buy a few of them as i think they should be kept in groups

i had two flame tetras that died and i dont know the reason why. I think that most tetras need to be kept in relativley large groups or the suffer from stress.
