exactly what i was thinking

when i was in high school 1 of my teachrs told us a story about 1 of her friends was driving with her mother and they hit a male moose and it went though the windshield and it wasnt dead and it started thrashing and it took her friends mothers head off .... i dont know if theres any truth behind the story but id like to think a teacher wouldnt lie :/

Exactly. And how fast was she driving to have barely any front end damage to her car... it looks like the moose jumped over the hood and did a dive through the entire car. That's crazy.

whyd they leave the moose in the car and takes pics and post them in the paper?

seems kinda odd to me..

no blood tho :S weird

I'm pretty sure the lady didn't volunteer to have the moose in their longer than needed. Most likely they were waiting for some mechanical help to remove it an d took pics in the mean time. It's not everyday you have this happen to you. As for blood, there's tons of it in the picture(blood turns brown after awhile), some in the window shield, front of the car, coming from the mooses mouth, etc.

Hmm Iv hit a few of them beasties myself. You would actually be suprised how easily something that big gets in front of the car, They really do move at amazing speed. Bad news is though that unilke deer when confronted with a car they will actually try and jump it.

Glad the ladies okay.

Pour Moose :( :( :(
