I bought some guppies a week or three ago and put them in my main tank, a 30Gal (36x12x18) They were in the tank for a night, I noticed that one had developed a hole in her fin, it didn't occur to me that it was fin rot because I had never dealt with it up until that point.
That fish died the next morning an the two other fish I got with her died the next day. I returned them to the store for a refund and decided I would try again with a new trio of guppies.

I set them up in my backup 5gal as a hospital tank, I didn't want to expose my other fish to any diseases they may have. I treated the 5 gal for fin rot - and treated the 30gal with all that I had left (It was an 8 pack, so not quite the full treatment, more like a one day dose)
But anyways...
The last treatment was yesterday and I was going to leave the guppies for 3 days and if they seemed healthy I would move them to my 30 gal.
Yesterday I noticed one of the female guppies had a nip in her tail - she had a beautiful tail, but now it has this in it, and I think I'm starting to see the fin rot around it's edges. So I don't know what to do. She is a beautiful girl and I want to keep her, the treatment is gone and yeah. Are there any suggestions for what I can do?
(Also, the male guppy came to me with a few tail nips, and they haven't worse, but they haven't gotten better either...)

And last but not least, all 4 of my Panda cory's have lost some color from their dorsal fins (Would it be dorsal, if its the one on their spine? :p) Anyways, they were all black but now they've all lost some color. There are no other signs of fin rot, I'm just paranoid that if I try and do anything they'll develop it and die :( and they're my favorites, so I don't want that to happen :/

So please, someone have some miracle up their sleeve that I can use... Or just some advice, please

I used salt to help repair my guppy's fin. I bought her when she had a damaged fin because I knew, if I left her, she would develop fin rot.

Anyway, I just added a little salt to the tank per instructions and TA-DA her fin is growing back AND no fin rot!

However, I know absolutely nothing about corys so you may want to treat the fin issue in a seperate tank. While guppies like slightly salty water, I'm not sure if your other fish do.

Also what are your water parameters?
ammonia
ph
nitrite
nitrate
what kind of test kit do you have?
How often do you change the water and how much?
what is the temp of your tank?
