one tetra is always hiding

One of my tetra's is constantly hiding away from the other tetra's, and the rest of the fish. It's sort of beside a large flat rock, in the area that he stays it looks like some of the gravel has been moved around a bit. Is this normal?

I'm not sure mate, but a couple of my neons go off on thier own from time to time, so I wouldn't worry too much.

Just keep an eye on it to make sure it is eating and there are no other signs of illness.

As for moving the gravel, I dunno you sure nothing else is moving the gravel.
