She's looking just like Mum and seems to be developing a Rosetail Maddie.....keep an eye on the 2 you have to see if their tails are looking like this

I say male BIG time, also if it is male then its a feathertail and not rosetail, rosetail males are very destinctive from aout this age, where as feathertail males are more like this one. you should know in about 2 weeks for sure.

WOW......bonus I knew there was a possibility of getting FTs but this one is still alot smaller than the boy so will be interesting to see how it develops. We've got a couple more just like this one too. This is by far the most exciting spawn we've done so far and can't wait till they're bigger

the rosetail has a definate look to it in young males, take a look at constantines female in her signature, that is what a rosetail males tail looks like before it spreads, feathers are more ruffled.

No, the rt male looks like its gunna be featertail but then it stops growing in length on the extension and these start to fan instead, its rather bizzare to see happen, it's hard to explain, but there is a single main ray that extends to form about loads of rays off it at the sides which make the fan and the folds of the rose. damn wish i could find this picture.

I think I know what you mean. The rays go off at an angle away from each other don't they in FTs
