A crowded mutt tank of mine..
Contains guppies, swordtails and platies that didn't pass my terms. Doesn't mean that they are bad or ugly fish. They can even be stunning fish. But I just set strict requirements that the fish must meet. If it deviates too much, they go to one of the mutt tanks.
There is always a flow in the number of fish in such a tank. They are sold quite quickly and therefore I have no problems with too much ammonia or sick fish in such a tank.
