One Dead One Acting Strange?

I came home yesterday to one of my female dalmation mollies dead in my 55 gallon tank..She was healthy the day before..As I observed the rest of the fish I realized that I had another female lyretail dalmation not swimming right. She's upside down and all around but still eating. I put her in a breeding box to keep the male away from her as to not stress her..I checked the nitrite level's which were good, and the ammonia was a touch high so I did a 75% water change..Any idea's will be appreciated

Few of my mollies went like that a few years ago, a friend of mine put it down to constipation and encouraged me to put cucumber into the tank weighed down with something, even a spoon.

ok i'll try it thank you...ya was feeding them anti-parasite food for the last few days since my gourami came down with hexamita..maybe that's what did it??
