I've had my pair of Mollies for approx 3 weeks and they have been getting on fine with lots of adult behavior. Today though one of the female's eyes have become cloudy and swollen and there looks to be an ulcer on her top lip, she's also very lathargic. All the other fish look healthy even the male molly. Can anyone shed some light? :no: Poor Girl

Wat you should do is put her in another tank or a jug or somfin with some water (with a bit of salt) though float the tank your sick molly is in so she stays at the same degrees or fareinheight as the other fish so if u return her she doesnt get to hot or to cold and if the saltwater doesnt fix her got to your LFS or LPS and ask for some help there and nefin else u needa know just pm me....

Its sounds like "cloudy eye(related to pop eye)" to me but we are going to need some more info first to make a correct diagnosis and make sure there aern't any other enviromental issues as cloudy eye is mostly related to water quality issues and other enviromental factors;
a. How long has the tank been set up for and do you use dechlorinator/water conditioner?
b. How many gallons/litres is the tank and how have you gone about tank maintanence in as much detail as posible so far?
c. How many mollys/other fish do you have and what?
d. Do you know about cycling tanks and testing for ammonia, nitrates and nitrites?
e. Does the tank have a heater and what temp is the tank currently at?

I had the same problem with my black and silver mollie, i went to the LFS and they sold me this..:~Myxazin, treatment of fin rot, body rot, ulcers, and other bacterial infections....

I lost my Black Mollie as i think it was too late for her, but my Silver Mollie is still going strong, and looks alot better, this is a 5 day course...

Hope this helps

Medicating the fish is one thing but theres no point in medicating a fish if you are not destroying the cause of the illness totally in the first place- cloudy eye is often a sign of enviromental stress and usually indicates a much bigger picture.
