? on air for my fish

Ok i have whisper filtures in my livebearer tank and my coldwater tank. The wter flows into the water really easily. I always thought that you have to have bubbles being produced for the fish to have more air. Will just the movement of the water flowing into the tank give them air? I currently have a little object in the filture that kinda increases the current of the flow and brings up a few bubbles. Should i remove it. And i also have the coldwater tank that still is cycleing but will soon have fish. Plz answer im stumped.

the water is exchanging oxygen just swirling around in the filter itself.

ok so no need for bubbles when the flow comes out. k thnks. Still open for other reasons.
