I have the above camera and fancy getting a zoom lense for when i go to new york but im wondering if i have to use the olympus ones or if i can swap between brands?

you can use other brands, but you have to ensure they are olympus fit.

I have a nikon for example, and can use Sigma (and another but can't hink of the name) but I have to ensure they have the correct fitment.

I asked at Currys for advice then went to ebay.

The only thing is, aftermarket lenses are good, but you can never beat the quality of the originals, it just depends on how deep your pockets are!

I might nip to currys or jessops to get all the info then go elsewhere to buy, i'm after a zoom lense but not a massive one something like up to 150mm Olmypus one i have found is £120 from bristol camera's, at jessops its like £200

I've ordered a good amount of stuff from Bristol cameras (few years ago now though) and I recieved excellent service from them.
