see, I had all these wonderful Ideas for the new 40 gallon Hex i'm going to be getting.
Basically, it's the only tank i'm allowed to get, as it's 30 inches by 18 inches, so it fits my dresser.
(2 1/2 feet long by 1 1/2 feet wide).
But my first idea was scraped about roselines. Apparently they need a group of 6 for full comfort, despite where anywhere else says, and a bigger tank.
Also, i need 6 more inches on the tank to get a Senegal Bichir...
So what do I do? I mean...
One idea that's pheasable is to do...
2x Angel Fish, 2x German blue ram, 4x khuli Loach, and perhaps some cardinal tetras, as they don't seem as fin nippy as the Neons. Also, wondering if Glow light tetras are that fin nippy either?
and i could put a raphael catfish in, but then i can't get the tetras, as he's a night hunter...who, eventually, will fit them in his mouth...
The rams aren't a big great want, but they'd seem nice and fit in. Any possible hints or ideas that i could go google and look up for cool fish? I hear clown loaches will get too big eventually also (sigh.)
Need your input! thanks!
