Okay To Put Rams In 20 Gal?

Is it okay to keep rams in a 20 gal? They are gold/blue rams. If so, how many and what works well with them?

A 20 gal is a nice size for a pair. There are lots of choices for tankmates: small tetras, small rasboras, pencilfish, corydoras, hatchetfish, ottos, a small plec.

Are rams easy to sex at young ages?

Sometimes...

The females tend to have pink bellies and if you look at the black spot on the side, the females sometimes have blue flecks within the black.

Males are more orange-y and don't have the blue flecks within the black dot - the blue tends to be more around the edges.
