i have not been in this section for a good few months, i have been working on another project.
i have decided to setup a tang tank, live stock currently is 2 brevis shell dwellers and 4 zebra danio's (ok not not from lake tang but they are great dithers).
Plant wise i have some vallis out of my planted tank (put in a little pot with ferts), a big bit of java fern and anubia (£4 each from p@p when considering the size i thought was good), lots of tuffa rock and coral sand.
i have just installed an arcadia eco led light (tropical version), it claims to be the same as a t8 15w tube but i'm not convinced. i'm not to fussed about the plants thriving but i'd like them to live, would this led light produce enough light?? On the plus side its a fantastic light, the colours, reflections and shadows it creates really set the tank alight.
tank details are 20g US, 24" wide, 18" high, 12" depth, fluval 105 filter.
anyway some pics to look at.
