Ok I Need Help

i keep trying to post on other parts of the forum and also edit my profile and signature but a message keeps coming up saying i am not allowed to do that

i can only post here and i tried to message william but it also said i can't do that

it says this:

never mind i fixed it i had to re-send a validation so if need please delete this
