Bet everyone is sick of me asking about pregnant fish, but got to ask, I mentioned a couple of days ago that one of my mollies had babies, my marbled molly is still very fat, she been acting quite strange tonight, so think it is one of the other 2 that gave birth, anyway I think my marbled one still preggers, but tonight she is finding places to hide, doesn't want other fish near her, and seems to be producing a lot of waste, but there seems to be blood there too, I think she may be aborting the fry? I do not think I have done anything to stress her out at all, and wondered if anyone could help? Do they lose blood before giving birth?

Any advice would be much appreciated

Thanks

Debbie

Yes she aborting if there blood there, bless her.
When female livebearers hid away and chase fish its a sign there ready to give birth.
What colour is her poo does it look beaded like a necklace.

No they don't lose blood before they give birth.

Yep her poo looks beaded and is very red in colour, why would this happen?

Sadly she aborting them, so sorry.
Not sure why it happens, sometimes it can be due to the fry being deformed.

Glad she made it bless her.
