Sounds like swimbladder disorder. What are your water stats in ammonia, nitrite and nitrate? Tank size? Fast her for three days, then give a boiled pea.

no changes in water stats!
will try the fasting for three days!
she isnt too bad at the moment just i notice the tiniest changes in my fish!
