Oh Noes...deep Blue

Today I just noticed Blue has fin rot and his tail is fraying. I have been doing normal 3-4 day water changes. Chemical balance is normal, and temp stays between 76-80. I feed a 2-3 of pellets twice a day and twice a week only once with frozen bloodworms. Polar doesn't seem to have any signs and looks normal. Just that Blue looks more stressed than Polar. Maybe I have to go get seperate tanks. Anyway what can I do to help Blue?

try doing a 50% water change each day for the next week and see if that fixes the problem. If not you will probably need some anti-bacterial medication. Melafix might help and is safer than anti-bacterial/ finrot medication.
