Two days ago I had to put ick treatment in my tank because, my new fish unfortunately brought the sickness to my tank . Yesterday I noticed that my lovely betta Sea King 
, on his chin area is all white and ( I don't really know what all the different fins are called) his two front fins, closest to his eyes, one of them he's not using. It's like it's stuck to him. Is he on his way out 
? What should I do?
