The pond pump has chosen this moment to conk out... currently there is no filtration in our pond but I have plenty of extension leads and a couple of old pumps. should i use a specially designed underwater pump or the grundfos 15-60 I use to drain my tank with (this has higher flow but is not submersible)

Flow on the old pump was arouns 15,000 l/h

flow on spare pod pump is 7,500l/h

flow on grundfos 15-60 is just around 10,000l/h

GAH!!! which one do i use - or shall I use both at the same time?

Safety first, I would use the one thats designed for it, how long til you can get a new pump?

Well, at least that should be OK for the fish, very light or no feeding, the lower circulation shouldn't be a problem for now.
