As title describes in brief, we have an office tank with a couple of green spot puffers in it. The problem we have is that the office will be closed for 10 days over the xmas period and we are concerned that this will be too long without food for the puffers. The problem is even more difficult in that they only eat live/frozen food so auto-feeders is not an option.

What do we do? Will they be ok for 10 days without food?

As you are already aware puffers need feeding regularly, so the only way to combat this would be to get an expensive autofeeder that you can fill with live foods.......

Is there no way you can go in at least once to feed them? Will there be no one there for the entire 10 days?

I've been told by the admin department that no one is planning to come in as yet. I would come in but I'm not exactly local and would need to clear entry to the building with the security firm that deal with our company so not so straight forward. The auto-feeder is not really an option as the frozen food would thaw out in an hour or two so would have gone off after a few days sitting in the auto-feeder.

We're trying to design something that houses live river shrimp based on a plastic in-tank hatchery with a couple of strategically placed holes large enough to allow the odd shrimp to pop out and consequently get munched by the puffers. We can get them from the LFS for 10 for £1 and is ideal live food for the puffers.
