Oddballs For Tank

I might be getting a 60 litre tetra aqua art tropical fish tank.

I was definately planning on having kuhli loaches in it (about 6)

It will have sand as a substrate and have lots of plants and redmoor root wood.

I want some shrimp in there aswell.

The thing that i was wondering is that i want some oddball fish in there such as german blue rams but think they get too big does anyone have any suggestions on what would be suitable for this tank.
