Odd Spots On Platy

This is my second post but i need an answer ASAP.

Well my heavily pregnant platys both have red, bloodish type marks around their head. Is this a normal part of their pregnancy, what should i do PLEASE HELP. ARE THEY CLOSE TO RELEASING THE FRY?
