One of the adult pristella tetras is having difficulties swimming. You know how when people get older, their hands sometimes shake. That's what it looks like with this fish. It also swims at an angle with its head pointing slightly up. There are no visible signs of disease on the fish either. Water parameters are fine, all the other fish are fine.

Anybody have an idea what this might be?

Maybe another fish took out some aggression on it? Is it eating ok? I'm guessing it started out of no where?

I doubt any other fish took out aggression on it. This fish is "the man" among the pristellas and the cherry barbs mind their own business too. The fish is eating well.

It started with this little shaking the fish was doing. I found out this was typical mating behavior (some of the other fish were doing it too). It's almost like this fish got stuck in the "on"position and can't stop doing that little dance lol.

Sure its not a swim bladder problem? Not to alarm you or anything, but that is often the attitude an infected fish will show.

Btw
Them the best tetras :)

Well sometimes that 'shaking' behavior can also be internal parasites. I dont know without seeing exactly what the fish is doing tho. Sometimes its described as a "shimmy" I hope all is well with your fish tho and its nothing serious
