I have just one Anubias mounted on a chunk of lava rock in a rather new setup that is just now getting a bacteria bloom. The thing is that I've looked through pages of Anubias images and have not seen this. The thing seems fine with very green and healthy looking leaves. What I don't get is that the stems are turning red. I DID add a bit of an iron supplement for my tiger lotus bulb and the iron may be the cause. Don't get me wrong as I rather like the red stems but, from looking at images on-line, it just seems odd. Like I've said before I don't know plants and have a pretty strong 'black thumb' so worry when something looks different than expected.
Don't know if I can get a good photo as the plant is in shade but here we go... Hey, I actually got a fair shot of the thing!
