well today i got a pair of ocellaris clownfish however the bigger of the two has no black stripes on the edge of the white

but the small one has got black on the edges of the white stripes

is this just a colouring or could one be percula and one ocellaris???

thanks

Just noticed you had some videos in your journal. Although you zoomed past the clowns quite quickly :p , they both look like ocellaris to me, just different color variation.

yeah sorry about that xd

thanks for letting me know thats a relief

and size wise ones around a inch and the other a inch and a half

As far as I can recall the ways to tell the difference are, size, the thickness of the black boarder and the number of dorsal spines they have. However unless you are planning to breed them commercially I don't think it really makes any difference if you have a mixed pair or not.
