Hi, does anyone know if Ocean Nutrition Veggie Pellets, Omni Pellets and Ocean nutrition cichlid vegi formula and spirulina flakes
is good for African Cichlids? i got Aulonocara's and Lethrinops in my tank.

I really can't answer as I've never used but on-line reviews don't look too bad, actually the few I viewed looked pretty good. Personally I've always used Hikari pellets for my cichlids but I've always done South Americans.

I always look at the ingredients. I only checked one of the Ocean Nutrition foods, and it contains fish meal. This is not as nutritionally healthy as live fish; for example, Omega One's veggie disk has live salmon, herring and shrimp, not meal. The other thing is cereal binders.
