It's difficult to tell from the pictures, but the females should have a rounded anal fin (around the area where poo comes out, lol), where the males have a long, sword-shaped fin...it's not hard to tell the difference, once you've seen the two. Also, females tend to be rounder. Here's a good article on it: Sexing Mollies

campbellmay is right, and don't worry, it's easy to spot the either rounded or pointed anal fin. what i'm concerned about is the lone tetra swimming all by itself. you should at least add 2-3, but 4 and more would be ALOT better. looks like you do have some room in your tank to add them, unless your mollies breed, of course!

I agree, from the clips it looks like that black one is your only male...of course, I can't be absolutely sure, but his was the only gonopodium I spotted.

Knowing mollies i'm sure you'll be able to see which one is humping which very soon!! Fan shaped anal fin for females and pointy anal fin for males
