Nutrafin Co2 + Seachem Flourite Substrate

Will both of these grow some basic java moss, java fern, some riccia, and some other fairly easy to grow plants in my 30 gallon 1.6 WPG tank? Planning on removing all of my substrate, and replacing it with fluorite only.

And also - Is it even possible to overdose the Co2 with nutrafin?

Yes they'll grow. And yes it is possible to overdose with yeast CO2, however you'd either need a very very small tank of say 10 kits on a 15g tank. So yes possible but unlikely.
