Nutrafin Co2 Ladder Questions

Just a few questions.
I just started to reuse our little nutrafin CO2 thing & I'm wondering when I should start seeing an improvement in our plants? Doesn't have to be exact.. just a general guess would be nice heh

I had this set up in our 28 gallon tank when we first got it, but I never saw a difference in the plants. I'm trying it now in my 10gallon tank b/c we recently got alot of plants for it (think mainly low light ones) and decided since we paid for it, might as well try to see if this CO2 thing will help any heh.

2 weeks in general, low light plants don't grow/ change as quickly as stem, it will improve growth but not noticably.
