Hi Everyone,

I have been having some difficulty getting my new Nutrafin Co2 Diffuser/Ladder to work. Bubbles keep getting stuck on the first couple of rungs, how can I make them roll up like they are supposed to? It has been running for two days incase you where wondering

Thanks

It can take a few days for a bio film to form on the ladder (thought usually two days should do it) when it does then they will float up the only other thing I can think of is making sure that the diffuser is not at an angle

I've had it in the tank for a few days now and the bubbles are still sticking to the first three rungs on the ladder. I thought these Nutrafin Co2 kits where supposed to be good.

any debris on the ladder ???? or plants sticking into the ladder??? as long as it's straight it should work... mine is fine

Make sure the ladder is level. Most people have had this problem with the ladders, but as Liam stated it takes a while for the film to adhere. Also, make sure that there isn't anything blocking the bubbles, but I'm sure you would of noticed. I switched to a ceramic glass diffuser because I got fed up having to clean the ladder every week.

I bought a Spio III diffuser off of Ebay. You can find a lot of different types on Ebay. My Lfs didn't have any.
