Ive decided to put a bit of decor into the tank for some fish to hole up in and explore. What do you all think anything you thing you would do different the bit of wood in the middle is just tempory untill I can find a nice larger piece for the center.

your tank looks better now! haha not that it was bad previously. are you adding any more fishes into it?

It actually looks like a home fish tank and not just a holding tank with fish in it :)

v nice :)

Looking better.

As a tip when you place the new bogwood dont place it exactly in the middle of the tank, roughly divide the tank into 5 sections by eye and place the center piece in the second section in from the right of the tank, this is roughly where the average persons gaze falls when looking at a panoramic view and the tank will have a more comfortable natural look to it.

I'd maybe get some large rocks as well to build up behind the smaller ones to give more height and depth.

Cheers mate ill do that when I find the right bit of wood. As for the rocks I think I might leave it as it is I dunno where I can buy rocks any bigger those ones range from about 5 to 10kg each.

Garden centers are the place for rocks, i just picked up 3 each about the size of a deflated football for £5 each.

Why not attach some anubias nana to the bogwood.I think this plant is excellent as you can attach it to wood it requires low level lighting so grows deeper in the aquarium?
