Right I have had my fish tank a year now and still enjoying it. So now that I got most of the fish I want I want to now add plants. so I got some questions for the intelligent folk here.

Stem plants that need tieing to wood could you also tie them down to stone/rocks maybe even plastic ornaments?

I have a couple of common plecs I heard they will probably bash them about but will they eat the plants?

Do you stock plants like you would fish ie only add a couple at a time?

I also want plants that could provide cover/hiding places for my clown loaches.

I dont want to add a CO2 system really mainly because I dont know how to use them or what they need.

I think I have some more questions but cant remember them

Thanks.

Without CO2 and ferts, you need to look for specifically easy to keep plants. I would also buy only a couple at a time, looking for something that works in your particular water because
if you chuck a whole load in there, there wont be enough necessities for them and they'll all die.
