Not Sure What's Wrong With My Betta Fish

My female betta fish is being treated for popeye right now with Maracyn 2 and a pinch of salt. It's her 2nd day of treatment and she's getting worse. She's floating on top of the water horizontally and she doesn't move very much. She's not eating anything either. What else could be wrong? I read that popeye isn't normally fatal. How can I make her better?

my guess is that its maybe swim bladder?

I would add some maracyn one with the maracyn two, she dosn't sound good so fingers crossed and good luck.
