Just doing 10 percent water change and think I have overdosed on stress coat.

Im I right in thinking that if is says 5 ml per 40L on the bottle I should be putting in about 12 ml in a 90L tank when I'm doing a 10% percent water change?

As I said not really an emergancy but I'm panicking a bit.

You're probably ok but if you add the dechlorinator to the new water BEFORE adding it to the tank then you only need to treat the new water. Does that make sense?
On the other hand. If you add the new water to the tank before adding dechlorinator, then you need to add enough dechlorinator for the whole tank.
There's no harm in adding that much apart from it's a waste of dechlorinator when with just a 10% water change you may as well just treat your bucket of new water and then add it to the tank.
