Not Quite And Emergency But Help!

OK so im realllyyy sorri i wont stop asking questions and stuff,
but i just did a water change, same ph and temp, same source, and i used the same declorinator
and my german ram is now just lying on the bottom of the tank in the back
is this bad? what should i do?

i have mollys and guppies in the tank and there all doing just fine,

all that i have is a ph kit and it read 7.2

your gonna need to get an ammonia, and nitrite test kit.

but what should i do now, i think getting a test kit and getting numbers wont really help him

Is your tank cycled?
If it isn't you will need those 'numbers'
