If I remember rightly before when starting a new msg it gave you the opportunity to add an image to ur msg - don't have that anymore...

What's going on? am I missing something.

Only certain sections allow you to directly attach a photo from file. For other sections, such as Tropical chit Chat, you need to put the picture on a pic hosting site (such as Photobucket), then link to it using the img tags.
