Not Happy With My Krib

my krib has been fine for three months in a 50 gallon tank with all the other fish but now he attacks anything his size or smaller]

all tank statistics are perfect
whats his problem?

Is there a male and female Krib (a pair)? They will be very aggressive if they have paired up.

Is it a male or female?

It seems to me he or she is just taking after what a Cichlid does. They are territorial, aggressive fish.

i had the same problem with mine, i ended up rehoming them. They started going fo the other fish as well as each other. I did split them to begin with but the other was still up to no good. I had 2 females by accident. They just became very territorial. I swapped them for 2 rams, even though the rams are both male, they are a lot better than the Kribs, the Rams know their limits and they have half of the tank each and leave all the other fish alone.
