I rescued this cute little guppy from a red-tailed catfish tank about 3 months ago. He was a feeder, but he was so pretty. He has wild markings. The thing is, he's only about 3/4 of an inch long, and hasn't grown at all! Could he be stunted or something? I feed him well, he eats everything, he's totally healthy. He just puzzles me. He's really pretty, I'll try to take a picture and show you guys.

Is he thin he could have internal parasites.

if he has wild markings, he could possibly be one of the dwarf endler guppies. can you put a pic up of him? from what you are describing this is what you have

is it like the little one in the pic below???

all wild types guppies are small fish rarely getting to an 1", it's only cultivated fish that get to the larger sizes.

Wilder, I'm pretty sure he isn't sick. He's not thin, just short. And fishlette, no, he doesn't look that much like an endler. My camera isn't working right now, but he looks just like the one in this picture on the right: http://www.h-nds.de/fische/poecilidae_domrep3.jpg

I'm just so confused why he isn't growing.

The male guppy on the right is an endlerXguppy, neither a pure guppy nor endler, endlers and guppys are so easy to crossbreed that hybrids are not uncommon, in fact a lot of the colours and patterns available in guppys now days were created with the help of mixing endlers with guppys. It is normal then that your male guppy is small.
