Not Eating

hi

I bought a lapradei birchir 6 days ago he is 12 inches long.The shop said hed been feeding onwhitebait,prawns and mussel which is what ive been using.He hasnt eaten since saturday and I'm worried now.
Any advice?

He is in with senegal and delhezi,balas and cichlids but none bother him.

How big is the tank in litres or gallons, can you post test results in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
