Norman's Lampeyes

Has anyone any info on these fish i've done a google but not much turns up except that they are small community fish, that are easy to breed and maybe annual!!
i've seen them for sale in my local petshop and was drawn to the blue eyes. But they were quite expensive for such small fish £2 a fish and if they only last a year i'm not too sure about them. Also none of the info seems to give what conditions they need? Anyone ever kept these fish?

Aplocheilichthys normani these are not a seasonal killifish and are easy to keep in aquariums.

thanks wolf i think when i have some money i'll get a small school of these to go in my planted tanksince they stay so small !!
