Normans Lamp Eyes?

Hello

Saw some of the above today and really like them and want to find out more find this link:

Says groups of 5 etc, but what tank size and conditions and any optimum temps, what do you feed them on?

You'd probably get better info in the killifish section, however from various sources I would say normal aquarium temperature, acidic conditions probably preferred but they aren't too fussy, any small food (flakes, pellets, live foods), lots of plant cover (especially floating plants) and any tank over about 5g without any boisterous fish would be best.

Ah thanks did not realise killifish though shouldve known! Thanks for that will go nosying further, was thinking species only.

If you can do a species tank then it would be ideal, you'd be much more likely to get fry too.

Don't know why but for myself, always preferred species only, not sure if just new to fishkeeping still but the urge to mix hasnt come often. Only mixed is two frogs with one of my bettas, all rest species only! LOL

So 5g upwards then..right Thanks for that! Someone else suggested javanese rice fish, these do look lovely too but unsure if could get locally.

One other consideration have thought off how about these with one of my bettas???

I have a 10g with one and 2 adfs and a 5g with a spritely but subdued fellow that would most likely love the attention!
