Normal For Guppy?

is it normal for a guppy to just swim aroung at the surface of the water? from the moment i put him in the tank, he has been swimming at the surface of the water and hardly eating.

When did you add him? Guppise usually stay at the top, and he wont eat if you just added him. Give him a day or 2.

i added him 2 days ago. today he is swimming aroung a little more. thanks . we were thinking he was sick.
