can anyone help me out?

What fish do you have in the tank and how long has the tank been set up for?
Do you add anything to the tank like plant fertiliser?
How big are the bubbles and can you post a picture of them?

i cannot take aphoto as my camera doesnt want to work, they are very small about 1mm or less and seem to be i nthe corners above the surface. i dont know what they could be?

Some plant foods and certain medcations will cause bubbles to appear on the surface, as will frozen fish foods. However, the bubbles from the fish food usually disappear after an hour or so. The bubbles from the medicaiton and fertiliser will go when the chemicals have been removed.

edited to add it is probably the driftwood and the new tank. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

cheers Colin i was worried as they seem to be multiplying/growing il keep na eye on it cheers, also how many plants would you reccomend for a 54l tank?

The number of plants you have is up to you and how dense you want the tank to look. You could have a swordplant as a centrepiece and some Vallis and Ambulia to grow along the back. Then maybe some pygmy chain sword as a low growing plant for the front.

If you have plants in the tank make sure they get some light, and if you have lots of plants then it is a good idea to add some plant fertiliser to help them grow.
